COMMODORE CLUB FACILITY RENTAL FEES & POLICIES
City of Vergennes Recreation Department

RENTAL RATES

Hourly Rate (All Days): $50.00 per hour
Daily Rate (Up to Full Day Use): $300.00
Available Sunday through Saturday, based on facility availability.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY

  • A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and hold your date.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to your scheduled rental.
  • Failure to pay the balance by this deadline may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may receive a refund of any additional payments made.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Rentals are subject to the City of Vergennes Facility Use Policy.
  • A security deposit or staffing fee may be required depending on the size and nature of the event.
  • Renters are responsible for leaving the facility clean and for any damages.
