• All memberships, program registrations, admissions, swim team fees, lessons, and related purchases are non-refundable.
• A lifeguard must be on duty and the pool officially open before any individual is permitted in the water.
• Individuals may be barred from the pool or pool area at the discretion of lifeguards and/or management for violations of pool rules or for behavior deemed hazardous to themselves or others.
• Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
• All swimmers must exit the pool immediately upon request by lifeguards or pool staff.
• The pool may close at any time due to mechanical issues, operational concerns, weather conditions, or safety concerns. Closure decisions are at the sole discretion of pool management.
• Abusive, threatening, disruptive, or profane language and behavior will not be tolerated.
• No pets are permitted within the pool enclosure at any time. Properly identified service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Only appropriate swim attire is permitted in the water. Street clothes and undergarments, including bras, underwear, and boxers, are prohibited.
• Children who are not fully toilet trained are required to wear a properly fitted swim diaper at all times while in the pool. Disposable diapers are not permitted in the water.
• Glass bottles, containers, or other glass items are strictly prohibited on the pool deck and within the pool area for the safety of all patrons.
• The pool may occasionally close early due to scheduled events or programs. Advance notice will be provided onsite and through official social media channels whenever possible.
• Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and tobacco use are prohibited anywhere within the pool area.

• Lifeguards are on duty to enforce rules and regulations and to respond to emergencies, but parent/guardian is ultimately responsible for the safety of their child.
• Parent/Guardian must actively watch children at all times when inside the pool area, and specifically near or in the water, regardless of their age or swimming ability.
• Well behaved children under twelve (12) who are confident swimmers can come unaccompanied. However, if behavior is an issue they will be asked to come with an adult.
• Parent/guardian must maintain visual contact with and be in control of their children at all times.
• Parent/Guardian is solely responsible for assessing and knowing their child’s swimming ability.
• Children that are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper.

• Only one person is permitted on the diving board at a time.
• All jumps and dives must enter the water in a straight-forward direction.
• Swimmers must swim directly to the nearest ladder or stair and exit the diving area immediately after entering the water.
• Only one bounce is permitted on the diving board prior to entry.
• Back flips, seat drops, inward dives, handstands, and reverse dives are prohibited from the diving board and poolside areas.
• Lifeguards and pool management reserve the right to restrict diving privileges for unsafe behavior at any time.
