Municipal Planning Grant

Congratulations! We are pleased to let you know that your Municipal Planning Grant application for the City of Vergennes has been awarded full funding.
Please find the next steps in accepting your award in the Grant Administration Guide FY2025. You have within 45 days of this Grant Agreement Offer to accept via a status push in GEARS. Once that's completed, the M/AO on file will receive an email to log into GEARS to electronically sign the Grant Agreement. The executed grant agreement will be uploaded into the Application Attachments.
Finally, the Guide includes a link to a model press release that you can use to highlight your project with local media. Please remember that all press releases, public communication or products pertaining to the project assisted by this grant must include a statement that the assisted project is funded by a Municipal Planning Grant awarded by the Department of Housing & Community Development.

Program Track Grant Agency Of Education

The Agency of Education would like to express our gratitude for your participation in the
Program Track State Afterschool Grant. We understand that the application process required
significant effort, and we appreciate your dedication to supporting young people across
Vermont.
 
This year, we received 27 applications, each of which was evaluated by a panel of four
independent readers. To ensure fairness, the scores were averaged and the average score
across all applications was 84.
 
We are delighted to inform you that your application received a score of 96.6 and has been
selected for an award. Please note that this funding is conditional, pending the completion of
certain technical and programmatic checks and approvals. Below, you will find a list of required
actions that must be addressed before we can proceed with your proposal. Please be aware
that no funds will be disbursed until all conditions are met.
 
• The Three Object Code 100 lines on your Detailed Budget need to have associated Object Code 200 lines
• In your application, please specify whether the programming free to participants.
