The Sam Fishman Memorial Pool  Swim Lesson Program

At The Sam Fishman Memorial Pool, we teach lifesaving skills that help participants  stay safe, confident, and capable in the water. Our lessons follow the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program, a nationally recognized curriculum that has been helping communities build strong swimmers for over 100 years.
This program is designed to prepare participants for real-life situations.

What Our Program Offers

Progressive Skill Development
Swimmers advance through levels at their own pace, building skills step-by-step—from beginners getting comfortable in the water to strong, confident swimmers.
A Strong Focus on Safety
Water safety is woven into every lesson. Participants learn essential safety rules, basic rescue techniques, and how to make smart decisions around water.
Supportive Instructors
Our instructors are committed to teaching with patience, encouragement, and positivity.
