Kathy Rossier is back this summer to offer water aerobics!
Water Aerobics is a one hour class full of fun and energy! Exercises are performed in water that is between waist and chest deep and no swimming skills are needed to participate. Regardless of your age, size, or fitness level, you will find this aquatic adventure motivating and effective. Increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, ankles, knees, and back. Exercises are performed to lively music to keep you motivated and moving.
Pool members will need to register for classes in advance. All classes are included with a pool membership. The fee will change to $0 at checkout.
