Too cold and icy to head outdoors for a walk? Is Covid keeping you away from the gym, or maybe you’re just looking for a routine you can do at home? Join us on Thursday mornings for an hour of Strength and Stretch. Exercises will be performed sitting down or standing (using a chair for balance). Participants will use exercise bands throughout the class. Resistance exercises are proven to improve muscle and bone massas we age. Please consult your doctor before engaging in any physical exercise program.
